Although the suggestions presented by the author are noble. The truth is that people will not do it. Music consumers want their music and if they can get it cheap and easy that is what they will do. The real power of streaming is in artist promotion. Just like the old days of the music industry music was used as a marketing tool to promote and artist. The real money is not in the streaming but in getting people to an artist’s show. Those artist that adapt will be successful those who do not will die in obscurity.
